RESTORATIVE Yoga, PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION CLASS
Prana is the life force; pranayama is the regulation of the breath to channel the life force in the body; meditation is sitting inside that force
12:15-2:00 at Black Lotus Yoga Studio on January 28, February 25, March 24; $54 for all 3, $20 per class
The class will include: Poses to open the body and quiet the mind, beginner pranayama to channel the energy and focus the mind, a brief meditation to conclude
Pre-registration required and at least six months of yoga experience

COST FOR CLASSES:
In general $15-20 per class for full session price depending on length and level of class, $17-21 for drop-in when available

Black Lotus Yoga: $1. for studio mat
Students can join anytime within the session
Gentle Yoga: for beginners who want a slower approach to the yoga poses.
Level l: for beginners and on-going beginner level students. This class explores the basic standing, seated, twisting, forward bending, simple backbending poses as well as beginner inversions.
Level II: for students with yoga experience and able to begin work on full backbends, handstands, headstands and pranayama.
